Just received our official certification from the United States Environmental Protection Agency to perform renovations on homes built before 1978. This is something to know about if you own an older home. Unfortunately, it hasn't been well publicized and even many contractors are still unaware of this requirement, even though the new rules have been in effect since April 22, 2010.
